ABOUT THE ARTIST

When traveling, I always feel like everything is moving very fast in front of my eyes. My paintings reflect the illusions of my travel destinations as well as objects that fascinate me. My works – where the lines between reality and fantasy blur. Utilizing palette knives to paint, my mark making retains more physically energetic. The layering of color is critical to the abstraction of developed image and the unity of the concept I hope to communicate.
