Throughout 2023, Josephine Sculpture Park has been assessing our programs and organizational capacity. JSP is pleased to announce a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Program Evaluation Services to conduct a full systematic review of our Artist in Residence (AiR) program.

This external program evaluation will focus on program implementation; performance; processes; facilities; staff capacity; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility; impact on artist and community; as well as strategic planning for long-term program goals. JSP seeks a consultant that has successful experience in helping similar organizations with their evaluation work.

JSP expects that the results will highlight program and process methods for improvement as well as basic equipment, facility, safety, and accessibility improvements. The results will help JSP staff and board to make informed decisions about program changes to be implemented in 2024 and beyond that will result in a strengthened AiR program that is sustainable and effective for years to come.

Proposals are due by 11:59 PM (EDT) on August 31, 2023.
